Smooth versus Braun: Why Rubio will be amazing?
Let’s call it the Rubio cube. The solution may be a difficult one for there are certain attributes that keep the elite playing well for their whole careers. Smoothness is something seen by Steve Nash, Chris paul and Jason Kidd in his New Jersey Nets days, even the latter portion which comprised of alleys to Vince( needs a cane btw) Carter. Alothough I have only mentioned “smooth” point guards, there are many other scorers, role players and defenders that possess this quality as well.
Smoothness is due to: a yin and yang, mastery, concentration and/ or court awareness( these two skills are almost synonymous in basketball). The Timberwolves have a lot of talent that most likely won’t come together to ever go farther than a first round playoffs, if that, but Ricky Rubio is one of those gems on that team. When players get out on the court and create; they are artists, architects, the builders of points on the board! Not too mention doubles- doubles shows that a player is responsible for a minimum of 30 points(x>30), which can be a third of team’s points per game.
